SAP PP Cancel Product Order

“Cancel production order” usually means stopping any further processing and optionally undoing what has already been done. Technically, this is not a single “Cancel” but a combination of actions: cancelling confirmations, reversing goods issues/receipts, and then changing the order status (TECO/CLSD/DLFL).

Here’s a step-by-step to Cancel Product Order –

Step-1: - Enter the transaction code CO13 in SAP command field and press Enter to continue.

Step-2: - Cancel Production Order Confirmation: Initial Screen window appears. Enter the production order number.

Step-3: - After entering the details, press Enter to continue.

Step-4: - A pop-up window Status Management: confirm order will be displayed to confirm the action.

Step-5: - Confirmation of production order: Actual Data screen apppears. Click on Enter to continue.

Step-6: - Status bar displays the below message that the product order cancelled successfully.
